Whittling Contest
The 2020 contests will be led by one of Arizona's senior carvers. He will let the participants know what the project subject is at the beginning of each contest. As usual during the contest each participant was allowed to use only one knife of their choice. The contest was judged by the senior carver and the show chairman.
Bring your knife and joins us in a challenge to your creativity.
At the Desert Woodcarving Show there were be two Whittling Contests:
- Saturday 1:15 pm to 2:00 pm - the results will be announced at 3:00 pm
- Sunday 12:15 pm to 1:00 pm - the results will be announced at 2:45 pm
Gift Certificates are awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.
