1. Ticket donation: $1 each or $5 for 6 tickets.
2. Make your choices of prizes
3. Fill out your tickets, please make sure that all information is provided on each ticket, mailing labels are acceptable
4. Cut the tickets apart

Tickets will be place in a separate container for each prize drawing.
Missing contact information:
Please complete the raffle ticket information as completely and carefully as possible. It is important that we can read the name, address and phone number. Mailing labels are acceptable. In the case of insufficient contact information, the raffle coordinator shall turn the money over to the Desert Woodcarving Show treasurer as an "anonymous donation" to the show treasurer and the tickets will not be entered into the raffle drawing.
The drawing will be held on Sunday during the Award Ceremonies. The winners need not be present to win. The raffle coordinator will use the contact information to inform the winners and make arrangements for the winners to pick up their prize(s).
